We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel (Rm 301 - Family Suite). You can’t beat the location. The breakfast cafe inside the hotel and Remington’s steak house beside the hotel makes for great dining options. Room was clean. Linens were clean. Hot water & water pressure was plentiful. No issues at all with Wifi connectivity or parking. Uber rides always just a minute or two away when going out for drinks. We didn’t get a chance to try the pool/hot tub as our stay was only one night, but planning two or three nights in December. There is just so much to do! The Hotel isn’t super modern like some of the fancy Double Tree or Hilton Hotels etc…but for the price, you can’t be the location, friendly staff, and price.

Kos at the front desk was incredibly friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. He was quick to bring extra blankets to our room and helped with anything we needed without hesitation. Excellent service that really made our visit comfortable and enjoyable.

Service is great! Gk at the front desk was absolutely wonderful, helped me with my early check in and parking, gave us some brochures with free samples at some of the nearby restuarants! All in all great. Room is freshly remodeled and beds are comfy. Would definitely stay again!

Fantastic location, steal of a price, rooms were extremely clean, staff was excellent (Shout out to Sharon at the front desk. She was a fountain of information; historic, geographical and anecdotal! She was so charming and charismatic! Management is lucky to have her!) Another shout out to Roxanne in the restaurant. She made us feel at home Would definitely stay here again and recommend!

I've stayed a couple of times at the Falls over the last 7 years and the hotel has gotten even better. The rooms are huge and the beds are all new, nice bedding and good all around amenities. What's even better are the fron desk reception, they're all truly engaged with customer service and enjoy the hospitality industry. Will definitely be staying there again.

Just returned home from a two night stay at the Fallsview Hotel on Victoria Ave. In Niagara Falls. I usually read reviews before I book hotel accommodation but this time I reserved a room based on a friend’s recommendation. I am so glad we did. This is not a five star hotel but it has some great attributes that make it worth the money. (Note, we paid 95 dollars per night and with parking, taxes and all other fees it was less than 250 dollars for the two nights.) I will start by mentioning the shortcomings, none of which would be sufficient to change my mind regarding the value received. Many of these shortcomings have been mentioned in other reviews so if any of the things I mention are of paramount importance, don’t book a room. First, the lighting isn’t great with only two bedside lamps having to light the whole room. The television is new and large but has some issues turning off and on without any help from the viewer. We joked that it was haunted as sometimes the volume would increase or decrease without any input. Third, there was only one chair, of lower quality, and a small table to place your items. Finally, limited hangers were available. We had a jacuzzi room so our view wasn’t of the Falls. We could see the pool below and I found it fun to be able to see my wife swimming from above. I could also see our vehicle in the outdoor parking lot. The room was spacious with newer plank flooring and the beds comfortable. Heating was great and the water pressure was very good. There were adequate outlets for our needs. While none of the finishing was spectacular, I would describe the general appearance as clean and functional. Remember, we were paying approximately 125 dollars per night and that included a jacuzzi room, hot tub and pool, parking and a short walk to the Falls. All of the staff were extremely polite and helpful. Keep in mind, we had some minor issues and made them aware of them with a request for service. They were honest, polite and attempted to resolve any issues. A staff member came up to try and fix our tv issue but at this point they are still trying to figure out the new tv’s. Keep this in mind if watching television is a priority. They brought extra hangers to the room immediately and apologized for any of the shortcomings that were beyond their ability to remedy (lighting). The gentleman at the front desk that took care of our checkin and checkout was very professional, helpful and had a great sense of humour. The cafe in the restaurant is only open until noon each day but it was a worthwhile stop. The server and cook were both hospitable and competent. One of the best toasted westerns I’ve had and the prices reasonable. Mary was friendly and made sure my coffee was always hot and topped up. A super breakfast experience! We didn’t get a chance to try Remingtons but I have heard good reviews of their food and service. There are many places close by to eat, shop or be entertained. Based on our experience and our expectations as travellers, I would rate this hotel as a solid 7 out of 10. It may be lacking in some luxury finishes but makes up for it with location and staff. If you are on a budget and want to experience the Falls with a few upgrades (pool and hot tub), give it a try.

First time staying here and I must say my wife and I enjoyed our time here! First of all the people checking us in we're friendly and helpful. The room was nice, we just wish there was more lighting. Bed was comfy and the tub was clean and spacious. Can't beat the location, if you are looking for a value stay with good rooms and service this is the place.

The hotel is ideally located for a walk to the falls. The hotel pool was a nice add on for our stay. One downside: The fridge was unplugged and it leaked water, because we put 2 of our backpacks in front of it, we had soaking wet backpacks the next morning. The plug was too loose in the wall, probably while cleaning it fell out. I hope they recheck the plugs so no one has to experience what we did.
